I’m not seeing an improvement after a visit, when can I expect to see results?
For pest control, you should notice a reduction in pest activity within a a day or two of each treatment. Landscaping services, such as mowing and cleanups, will show immediate improvements. However, for our lawn and shrub treatments, results are more gradual. It may take multiple applications over time to see significant changes as your lawn or plants respond to the treatments. Patience and consistent care are essential for achieving optimal long-term results.

Terms and Conditions
By accepting a provided quote from Jersey Worms that includes one of our programs, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Contract. Our programs are designed to renew automatically on an annual basis unless terminated by either party as specified. Please note that payment for all services rendered must be received within 30 days of each individual service completion date. Failure to remit payment within this period will result in the immediate suspension of services and may lead to the cancellation of this contract. Any outstanding balances will remain due and payable even after service termination.
It is important to understand that remaining on a consistent program is crucial for achieving and maintaining optimal results. Our individual treatments and services are designed to address specific issues at the time of service, but they are not permanent solutions. Regular and continued service through our programs ensures that your property remains in the best possible condition over time. Discontinuing or skipping treatments or services may lead to a decline in effectiveness, and issues may reoccur or worsen..
Customers may cancel their program at any time by providing written notice 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date. Cancellation requests made after the renewal period or during the active service period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any remaining balance for services already rendered will be calculated based on individual service rates rather than the discounted program rate, and the balance will be due upon termination.
In the event of early cancellation, Jersey Worms reserves the right to recoup costs associated with discounted services and materials used up to the cancellation date. Refunds will not be issued for prepaid services unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
If the program is terminated due to non-payment or violation of service terms, the client may be responsible for additional costs incurred in reinstating the program or for any damages caused by an interruption in service.

While we take measures to mitigate the effects of these factors within our programs, we cannot guarantee outcomes in situations where elements outside of our control play a significant role. However, we would be happy to assist with repairs or with additional services at an additional cost agreed upon at the time of necessity.
