Are your pest treatments safe for kids and pets? And do you have organic options?
Yes, our pest treatments are safe for both kids and pets. We use EPA-approved products and follow strict safety guidelines to ensure minimal risk. We recommend keeping children and pets off treated areas until the product has dried, typically within 1-2 hours. Additionally, we do offer some organic options for pest control, though not all treatments are available in an organic form. We can discuss the best options for your property based on your needs.
I’m not seeing an improvement after a visit, when can I expect to see results?
For pest control services, you should notice a reduction in pest activity within a a day or two of each treatment. Lawn maintenance services, such as mowing and cleanups, will show immediate improvements. However, for our lawn care and plant health care programs, results are more gradual. It will take multiple applications over time to see significant changes as your lawn or plants respond to the treatments. Patience and consistent care are essential for achieving optimal long-term results.
Do you provide on-demand service or only scheduled visits?
We offer both. For ongoing care, we recommend scheduled visits to ensure your property is maintained consistently. However, we also provide on-demand services for specific needs such as emergency pest control or debris cleanup.

Terms and Conditions
By accepting a quote from Jersey Worms that includes one of our programs or bundles, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Contract. Programs renew automatically each year unless terminated by either party as specified below. Payment is due within 30 days of service completion. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services, and any outstanding balances will remain due even after termination.
Program Effectiveness and Continuity
Our programs are designed to provide ongoing care for optimal results. Individual treatments address specific issues but are not permanent solutions. Consistency is crucial; discontinuing or skipping services may reduce effectiveness, leading to recurring or worsening issues.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their program at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests made after renewal or during the active service period will be reviewed case-by-case. Services rendered before cancellation will be charged at individual rates, not discounted program rates. Any outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.
Jersey Worms reserves the right to recover costs for discounts or materials provided prior to early cancellation. Refunds for prepaid services are only issued with written agreement.
Termination Due to Non-Payment or Policy Violation
If services are terminated due to non-payment or violation of terms, clients may be charged additional costs for program reinstatement or damages resulting from service interruptions.
Service Outcomes
While we use effective, environmentally friendly materials to maintain your property to the highest standards, factors beyond our control may impact results. Jersey Worms is not liable for outcomes caused by these external factors. Additional services for repairs or corrections can be arranged at agreed-upon costs.
