Landscaping Foreman – Full Time

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time seasonal position, running from March 1 through December 15, for someone who can take initiative, lead a crew effectively, and maintain high standards of workmanship on every project. Opportunities for winter work (plowing and salting) are also available for reliable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a crew of landscaping team members on residential and commercial properties

  • Execute daily tasks efficiently, including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, hardscaping, clean-ups, and other landscape-related work

  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and skid steers safely and effectively

  • Follow specific project directions while maintaining the ability to work independently

  • Ensure all work meets company standards and is completed on schedule

  • Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients when necessary

  • Monitor job site safety and ensure equipment is properly maintained

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively

  • Knowledge of landscape practices, tools, and equipment operation

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English

  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required

  • Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Landscaping Laborer – Full Time or Part Time

We’re looking for hardworking and reliable Landscaping Laborers to join our team for the season. This position is available as full-time or part-time, running from March 1 through December 15, with opportunities for winter work (plowing and salting) for dependable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lawn care, clean-ups, mulching, planting, pruning, and other landscaping tasks

  • Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers (training provided if needed)

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  • Follow directions from the foreman and work efficiently as part of a team

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites

Qualifications:

  • Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required — we’re willing to train the right person

  • Must be dependable, physically capable of working outdoors in all conditions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to follow directions and stay on task

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus, but not required)

Lawn Care Technician – Full Time

We’re hiring a Lawn Care Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a full-time position running from March 1 through December 15, with opportunities for winter work (plowing and salting) for reliable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizer, weed control, and insect control to residential and commercial properties

  • Calibrate and operate spreaders, sprayers, and other application equipment safely and effectively

  • Monitor turf conditions and report any concerns to management

  • Communicate professionally with customers when needed

  • Maintain proper documentation of services performed and materials used

  • Follow all safety procedures and application guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Prior lawn care experience is preferred, but training will be provided

  • Must be comfortable working independently and managing a daily route

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus, but not required)

  • Must be physically capable of working outdoors in all conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Must obtain a NJ Operator’s License for pesticide applications (we will provide and cover the licensing process and training)
